JEA employees, retirees and contractors may connect to the JEA network remotely for business purposes.
  • Citrix - The preferred method of access is via the Citrix Receiver. You must utilize Citrix to access Oracle. Users have access to the same applications they have access to via Citrix at work, i.e., Maximo, CC&B, Microsoft Office.
  • VPN – This method is used when the user needs to connect a computer directly to the JEA network. VPN access is limited to JEA-issued computers.
  • Outlook Web Access - Only need your JEA e-mail? Outlook Web Access does not require any software to be loaded.
